Before drinking, take supplements. Supplements can potentially prevent, and alleviate, a hangover. Ones that contain magnesium and vitamins C and B will help your body replace what it lost from excessive drinking.


Drink Water

Consistently drink water or a nutritious fruit juice to ensure that you stay hydrated. If you consume one glass of water after every alcoholic beverage you drink, you should maintain hydration. Add lemon juice to your water before drinking it. Lemon juice is alkaline-forming and fundamental to the detoxification of your body.
